Luau Bindings — telnet
The
require("telnet")script API — control the built-in Telnet server (remote console). (The Telnet client is a script; this module is the server.) Every function is[antos]. Design & native core: antos_telnet.
local telnet = require("telnet")
telnet.start() -- serve on port 23
| Function | Behaviour |
|---|---|
telnet.start([port]) |
Start the server (default telnet.PORT = 23) → true/false. |
telnet.stop() · telnet.running() |
Stop / query. |
telnet.status() |
{ running, connected, port, connections }. |
telnet.log(after_seq) |
Server log since after_seq → log_text, next_seq. |
A Telnet client gets an AntOS console — the same command surface as the local terminal, rendered through the terminal library's network-terminal path.
