Luau Bindings — ftp
The
require("ftp")script API — control the built-in FTP server. (The FTP client is a script; this module is the server.) Every function is[antos]. Design & native core: antos_ftp.
local ftp = require("ftp")
ftp.start() -- serve on port 21
print(ftp.status().clients, "connected")
| Function | Behaviour |
|---|---|
ftp.start([port]) |
Start the server (default ftp.PORT = 21) → true/false. |
ftp.stop() |
Stop it. |
ftp.running() |
Is it up? |
ftp.status() |
{ running, clients, maxClients, port, connections }. |
ftp.log(after_seq) |
Server log since after_seq → log_text, next_seq (0 = all buffered). |
Constant: ftp.PORT (21). Files are served from the DBFS/drive-letter VFS, so an FTP client sees D: and friends.
